TV and Burgers

Recently I was invited to attend an advance screening of the premiere episode of Don’t Trust the Bitch in Apartment 23.  The show will make its debut in April on ABC and frankly I am not sure what they will ultimately call it.  The promos they are running now replace Bitch with B, but sometimes it is often referred to as just Apartment 23.  ABC already has the god awful Good Christian Bitches, which they just call GCB, so it is unlikely they will keep the “bitch” in the title.  While I will not reveal any spoilers of the premiere I would like to tell you a little about the show and my opinion.  After all, that’s why I was selected to see it in the first place.  The Bitch in question is played by Krysten Ritter .  She is a beautiful and talented actress and former model that you have probably seen before, but may not know her name.  Krysten may be best known for playing the sarcastic sidekick to the main protagonists in films such as Confessions of a Shopaholic and She’s

I love pizza.  That is no secret.  I could eat pizza every day and never get sick of it.  Although I have a preference for Chicago style stuffed pizza, I actually like all kinds of pies.  Then crust, thick crust, lots of toppings, single toppings, whatever.  I love it all.  Locally, I have three pizza palaces I prefer: • Queen’s Pizza • Post Corner Pizza • Country Pizza Inn And although it’s a little farther away, I do love the Chicago style stuffed crust pizza at Giordano’s.  However, even though I have four favorites that I frequent I am always on the lookout for new and delicious places to enjoy pizza.  So when a new pizza place opens I am often one of the first in line.  So when Grimaldi’s Pizzeria opened recently in Clearwater I knew I had to give it a try.  Their menu is very simple: pizza, calzones and salads.  Naturally they have a selection of desserts as well, but that should never be one’s priority when checking out pizza.  Now, New York style pizza

Although I have chosen not to do the weekly Survivor recaps I am still watching and I am absolutely loving this season.  This entry will not be a recap, per se, but rather a complete appreciation for what is being offered to the viewing audience this season.  There are certain things that Survivor needs to be successful year after year and the producers have done a masterful job of getting these roles filled. • Stupid people • Hot girls • A villain • Two guys that refer to themselves as Tarzan (this is rare) • More stupid people The Beautiful Chelsea First of all we have the incredibly sexy and beautiful Chelsea Meissner from South Carolina.  I am not afraid to admit that I am completely infatuated with her.  Whenever she is on screen she is all I can see.  If there is a group shot on the screen that flashes by in a second I will rewind and pause so I can see her standing there.  Sad?  Maybe, but I don’t care.  Pathetic?  Probably, but again it does not matter.
